Looks like it's falling down on the outside. Tarps and temp repairs on the roof in multiple locations. Uneven floors in the rooms and halls. Some doors dragging on floor. All covered in New finishes, carpet, and furniture. Don't jump up and down in there.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They made sure we had a room on the first floor as requested. We love this hotel and recommend it to anyone coming to Peoria.

Nice hotel and room was spacious and very clean. It has some blemishes like ALL hotels have but they are maintaining the property as one can see with new carpet remnants in the hallways. There is a great Perkins next door and a very good Mexican restaurant that you can easily walk to as well.

You have to clean your own rooms empty your own trash make your own beds sweep and clean your own floors go to the front desk to get clean linen towels wash cloths etc key cards don't work most of the time have cards rejeyed at least 5 time and haven't been here a week. No replacement trash bags had to buy some since the house keeper only gave me 2 for 4 cans. Then you have to haul your dirty linen and trash to the end of the hall to dispose of it daily. And you get no discount for this. So you tell me how was my stay at your facility.
