Don’t order your appliances from here!! The delivery company they use is terrible. We waited for 3 months as they attempted to deliver to our house multiple times, and they didn’t show up every time. No phone call or anything! After the 4th “attempt” to deliver to us, the manager of Home Depot had them deliver it to the store…but they couldn’t even figure out how to deliver it there!!! After 3 months of waiting for our washer, we had to get a refund so we can get our washer elsewhere. Save yourself a major headache and get your appliance at a small business instead. I heard that Lowes uses the same delivery company for this area.

Significantly better selection than their competitor. They also have friendlier staff working at their stores.

Poor customer service. Schedules an appointment for a quote on installing window blinds. Was called by Tim and told he was on vacation so he wouldn’t be in until the next week. No problem, rescheduled for a week out. Now the guy won’t answer his calls and 2 hours have passed since the time of the appointment. Tried calling Home Depot and they were no help and said they could not get in contact with him and apologized that there was nothing they could do. Wild experience

I had a simple question about a product and can’t even speak to a live person. I then called a local small business in my area and was not put on hold or spoken to by an automated service. I’ll be supporting out local small businesses more often now. I’m tired of corporation’s that don’t have the time to actually speak to you. You’ve lost my business Home Depot.

They do. The Home Depot app or website can even guide you to the location in the store.
Yes
HD does sell both window and portable AC units
They should be able to help cut pipe to size in store.
I've never noticed that service there. Might be worth a phone call...
Pressure treated wood can be painted , stained, or coated with a protectent after about 3 months after it's installed. The trick is if water beads up on the surface the PT is ready. If it soaks into the pressure Treated wood , it's not ready and you need to wait.
Always call ahead . With the cold can be now you see them now you don't.
