This is the best carwash iweve been comming to this carwash for quite some time and will not go anywhere but to this one the people that work here are amazing and Tyler has the best customer service we’ve ever had always treated us well and with respect and always helped us when needed with anything

I came in pretty close to closing time on Friday (3/5). It’s been quite a while since I’ve been to this car wash, I had never seen the self serve screens and kinda froze up not knowing if I could use cash or a card. I was about to just back out, I had my car in reverse and everything until I heard a whistle. I looked over and a really nice guy was walking out to help me. I hate to be the customer who comes in so close to closing time, but I’m not in the area often and really needed to get the salt off my car. This guy was so nice. He asked what wash I wanted and said “I’ll take it from here” then proceeded to navigate the intimidating (to me) screen. What followed was me getting the best service at a car wash I’ve ever had. I think he could tell I was a little anxious and he was just so nice to me, it meant a lot. He spent a little extra time rinsing the car and sent me through. There was not a speck of salt or sand in sight, I could see clearly out of my windows again, my car looked beautiful. To the guy with the light colored kinda wavy hair who was closing ScrubaDub on Friday night, coming out to help me when you could have just let me back out and probably not have another car come through for the rest of your shift really meant a lot to me. Thank you for being so kind.

Always wash car there would give them a 5 star but they need to fix tire shine machine been broke for a while half does front tire and over saturates back tire on passenger side fix that and I'll give them 5 stars all day

I have the same problem. I called them about this issue and they sounded so surprised, saying nobody never complained about it before. I think they need to update those brushes as they are working a lot and they are old. So call customers service number and tell them about scratches ,see what they say. Maybe you will get reimbursed. Good luck
