The staff at the hotel were friendly and responsive when needed. The location is convenient. Those are the only positive things about the hotel. The hotel is old and not maintained. There is water damage everywhere and a musty smell. The ceiling in our shower was caving in from water damage. The pull out sofa was full of hair, a hair tie, and stains.

Positive: So much room and such friendly staff. Also, the breakfast was wonderful and was even getting refilled when we came down a little after 8am. Almost like you all wanted your guests to eat! ¿¿ Negative: The shampoo in the shower was empty. Not a huge deal, since I¿d brought my own, but a surprise.

Positive: I was able to get a first floor room. AC blew very cold. Linens were clean. Negative: The interior of the property is old. Carpet worn. Bathroom door hit the toilet when you opened it. Small shower area. 2nd night a bunch of Jr. High baseball teams came in and were noisy and pranking by knocking on doors and running away. Noisy.

As of April 17, 2022: the pool is still closed. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Good: Squeaky clean rooms, very nice lady running the breakfast station, location was good Needing improvement: only white bread at breakfast!!! All else w preservatives (bagels, waffles in plastic wraps) Disorganized front desk Had drama TV program on during breakfast...inappropriate for kids, I had to find the remote & change. Front desk staff friendly on Fri & Sun, on Saturday two ladies (one white on African American) would look you in eyes, no friendly signals or gestures The extra pillow in the closet had stained pillow case Conclusion: will stay again. Put local news on TV and up your game in staff training
