I wish the company that handled the transformation of Villa Bordeaux into Grandview Apartments would do the same for every apartment complex in Peoria. I am not a resident here, and I have not been inside since the remodel, but VB was a blight on Peoria having been in those apartments many times over. The exteriors were a mess as well. However, whenever I drive by, I see a nice place now. What an insane change to see. Police calls aren't common. You don't worry about driving by and being shot at anymore. Amazing changes all the way around. Thank you for taking a rough part of Peoria and making it a beautiful place instead.

This is a wonderfully managed and newly renovated property. High class amenities are offered and the apartments are up to date. The property maintenance staff is outstanding and work orders are taken care of in a timely manor. The property manager Summer makes sure all tenants are treated equally and all concerns are taken care of at the time of the issue. You won’t be disappointed in this property as it is ran by the best in Peoria.

Living at Grandview has been amazing! Summer and her team are so kind and help with anything that comes up! I would highly recommend living here. The apartments are newly renovated and beautiful!

This apartment complex has very good aesthetics. The managers have well maintained the property which has a great gym, lobby and pool. I love living here and will highly recommend. Also the neighborhood is nice with Junction city mall and a nice trail close to the property.
