All the staff is amazing but the maintance guys r the best ive dealt with. Zeno has always gone over and above whats needed to make sure we as tenants r happy. ****update**** just heard both maintance guys r leaving. Wish timberbrook did what it took to keep them as both r amazing and will b missed. They were one of the apartment perks cus knowing your home has awesome maintenance coverage makes life alil less stressfull and they were the best of the best.

Honestly I have to update my review. The Timberbrook staff and maintenance are amazing people who try to do their best for anyone that's here and they show that they really care. To be honest me and my fiance had a slight rocky beginning, but after a while things just kept improving. Neighbors try to look after you and don't really disturb you too much, maintenance fixes issues within a reasonable time while cleaning up the area, and you get a decent bill here. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good start in apartment living. Also, shout out to Josh and Zeno for their fantastic work!

This was my first apartment living on my own and the year I have spent here has been amazing. Maintenance men are absolutely great, my issues have always been resolved within 24 hours and the office staff are very friendly and always willing to help!

The apartment complex is decent, you get what you pay for. We have been living here for two years now. Plenty of parking, affordable covered parking spaces. The buildings are on the older side but are maintained well. The maintenance department is great. They work expeditiously and are very courteous with the personal belongings in your home. Friendly and attentive. Zeno does a wonderful job of handling any issues that pop up.
