We spent some time at the bar and Ashley was phenomenal. She was very attentive and an amazing bartender. Between me and my wife, some of the best customer service we've ever received. The rooms are amazing as well, will definitely be back at some point.

Want to commend the service of the receptionist Faye and her supervisor. My daughter forgot her ring in the room and Faye was very responsive, understanding and helpful to recover her ring. I would definitely recommend this location for ease of mind and security in their service. Original post below: Stayed in the junior suite on the penthouse of the hotel. The room is extremely spacious with very comfortable bed. Even the fold out sofa bed is more comfortable than expected. The feature of this suite is the enormous bathroom with whirlpool big enough for two people as well the shower that has shower heads for two as well. Obviously designed as a honeymoon suite, this is a tremendous room for a very comfortable stay. Wish we stayed more than one night. Location is very convenient with many food and shopping options very close by. Using the app for check-in and digital key, was able to go to my room without having to talk with anyone which is extremely convenient and saves a lot of time.

Stay started with a negative first impression: no airport shuttle when I landed despite having called in 12+ hours ahead of time and confirmed my name and flight number. The front desk staff were able to recover well, providing me with a complimentary drink voucher from the hotel bar. The room was clean and well-stocked; breakfast has standard eggs/potatoes/bacon with the option to take it back to your room.

Hotel was easy to find, room was very clean, staff were super friendly. Pillows don’t offer much support for side sleeping so may want to bring your own. Traveled with two small kids and there was plenty of room in the double queen room for a pack n play. Customer service was outstanding. The area where the hotel is located doesn’t have much for food within walking distance so plan to pick up or deliver. We’d stay again!
