He went above and beyond to ensure that I stayed within my budget and that I was pleased with my selections. He was extremely patient and he didn't loose his cool. We ran into some challenges due to me having a specific delivery date and seeing what was available in stock. Went in on a Saturday, found a incredible light gray leather sofa, and rug to add some color. Had it delivered next day Sunday by 3rd party delivery. So very pleased with purchase and delivery. 3rd party delivery service was outstanding to say the least.
