Ordered a fridge a week ago. Been pending for 5 days for delivery. Store never called but says its in stock. Called to cancel my order and got hung up on... never again.

Never ever will do business again. My fridge went out. It’s covered under warranty. It took two weeks for a loaner to get to us. They just showed up at my home one day not a curtesy call nothing. Not once did a manager even contact us regarding anything. Corporate is a joke as well. They tell you the store manager and area manager will contact you. They don’t! My fridge that I make monthly payments for was returned to me with black mold and damages that were not mine! Very unprofessional staff. They do not care unless they are getting their payment. Will never recommend to anyone!

I purchase items here quite a bit, my only complaint is that if you are 1 day late with your payment the phone calls are borderline harrassment. I have an oustanding account and always pay my bill but the harrassing phone calls
