All the stars! We showed up for a very last-minute kayak rental request. The staff members were accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They did quick work to get us the last available kayak, gave us multiple options for routes, and rearranged to fit our schedule. The prices were much more reasonable than other places, and they are just so pleasant to work with! They helped make this a trip to remember.

Great gear/rentals, perfect location, extra friendly staff- what more can you ask for. We’ve rented canoes for camping at Saranac Island Campground, and it’s incredibly easy and convenient. Staff always goes the extra mile to make sure your trip will be great. Couldn’t recommend more!
