OK, we have to admit that Value City Furniture was absolutly the last place we wanted to look for furniture for our living room. We had gone to furniture stores in 3 other counties and we're ready to make a purchase at a nearby furniture store with a well known name when we saw your building and decided we might as well give it a shot before making our purchase. We thought we would just dash into the store, take a quick look around at "cheap city", and then walk out and go make our purchase that we were so excited to make at the really nice store. When we walked into your store we were very surprised at not only the appearance of the furniture selection on the showroom floor but of the quality as well. The last time I had been in a Value City Furniture store was over a decade ago and let's just say there is no comparison between the Value City "cheap city" Furniture that I remember from years ago and to the Value City Furniture from today where my wife and I purchased our living room set. We saw great quality furniture at a price that was respectable. It definitely payed off for us to give Value City Furniture a try. Lately my wife and I have been wanting a new bedroom set of furniture and Value City Furniture is where we will START looking.

Dining room sets
We went in and our delivery wasn't until January. It was explained to us that that date was put out there just in case, but it could be sooner.
I am very disheartened to say I will not be shopping with VCF ever again. I have been going here for years and most if not all of my furniture is from VCF. I ordered a couch back in July of 2020. Sales associate stated and the receipt stated delivery date September 2, 2020. I got a call yesterday confirming the delivery date September 2, 2020 on my cell.I checked the order status this morning and it now states December 8, 2020, Absolutely ridiculous! I am not waiting that long for a couch I paid over 6 grand for in the store. I call the manager of the store today and he states that could even be pushed back until January or February, no apology or consideration. My question is why did it get delayed, what is being done to fix the issue, why are we not getting an apology or money taken off due to the inconvenience, what is being done for the horrible customer service, and what is VCF doing to fix this delay? Why has not one person reached out to us apologizing and trying to fix this.

Its best to go look first! We went to 4 different places then went back to Value City & ordered our furniture. It only took 2 days to come in though! They had the best prices! If I were you, I would go check it out! I hope this helps you! Good hunting! 😊😀
