I was denied the apartment and that’s fine. But reading these reviews about getting people getting the money back is concerning. The lady told me at first I never gave them a $200 deposit to hold the apartment. Once I sent her my proof I did she said it must be a computer glitch and I have to wait two weeks for corporate to send me a check. If you debited my account why do I need to wait for a check. If I don’t receive my deposit back I’m going to TikTok to expose this company!!

I moved out and I left the apartment spotless. MGM played me I still haven't received my security deposit back I moved out in June and it's now September and still haven't received anything. This is one of the worst property to live at.

I’ve been calling for 2 weeks straight trying to get moved into an apartment. I can’t complete the fees online because the website keeps crashing and nobody ever answers any extension on any phone line. This is getting ridiculous
