This place is great, just by the lake, so it's very convenient for a walk in the afternoon. Ms. Claudia is the best! We needed an apartment in a short notice, and she helped us to get the one that we like at a price within our budget. We cannot thank her enough.

Lived there for a year and I enjoyed my stay. I wish I never moved out in the first place. The maintenance team is very responsive, the leasing staff are both kind and genuine.

I have had nothing but a positive experience ever since i got my keys in April. I love the apartment and i love the community. Its close to everything and highway accessible. Andre and Mystique have been very helpful from day 1. The only issue i have is the exterminators that they use still require people to remove all of their stuff from cabinets etc. Thats a pain in the butt and a very outdated method. Most exterminators are using the harmless gel now that doesn’t require you to remove anything. Thats a small issue tho. I’ll be staying here for the long haul and i would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
