I was staying under the guise of family in a situation that drastically changed for the worse. I was given 30 days to move with no where to go, literally. I applied for one complex that did not have the decency to tell me I was denied for a discrepancy that I had proof was eradicated. I called Gates of Ciprano previously to get all necessary info, and called again to ensure info. I spoke with the same Agent each time. To my experience all of the staff is diligent but Shaniya was my rock throughout this experience. She answered each question with assurity and encouraged me I had nothing to worry about. I was approved within a day and everything she told me came to pass!! Despite the reviews I have not had any issues. Pest Control and Maintenance are phenomenal in eradicating all concerns. I moved in 0318 and before I have been here for a month,besides one piece soon to arrive, everything on my list is fixed. Prices are reasonable and the process was fast. I appreciate all that was done for me and my family! Coming here turned what I thought was a crisis into a plan!!!

When I first moved here I liked my apartment my deciding factor for moving here was the closet space and quiet environment I like the fact that I have easy access to both 495/295 and convenient shopping while there have been some change in the quiet and welcoming environment and a few other issues speaking honestly I was set on moving but then a young lady who previously worked here and was my leasing agent when I move in returned to the property and was promoted to a management position she always addressed and ensured that my complaints/issues were resolved and she always followed up her professionalism has always been outstanding even if I had to wait a little longer for something to get done I was okay I trusted her because she always kept her word I am very happy that she has chosen to return to the property it is because she has returned as the assistant property manager that I have decided to stay a little longer I believe with her ability to work well with others along with her professionalism and talents she can help make the necessary changes to help get this property back to where it needs to be congratulations Andrea welcome back

I have been a resident for two years going on three. I love my apartment and all the utilities that come with it. This place is my peace and my son loves his room so much its hard to get him out. All of the rooms are very spacious especially in the master bedroom. I currently have a king size bed, small section sofa, and large 8 draw dresser with plenty of room to spare. Parking has improved a lot and so has maintenance. The rental office staff is extremely friendly even during the start the covid lock downs. They were doing everything in their power to help everyone facing hard financial times. This location is very convenient because you're close enough to walk your kids to school, or go to any store within walking distance. Everyone loves quick access to the highway and you can get there in five minutes or less from here. This is a great location to call your home. Thank you Andrea and the rest of the staff for all of your hard work and dedication.
