My husband and I went into the Merrillville Indiana store today. The sales lady jumped hoops to get us in the door. Showed me a few chairs and I asked about cost and time before delivery. She said it would be toward the end of November. I let her know I wanted to check some other places and I would call her. She ran off, without ad much ad thank you for coming in and I hope you return to us…..she was just looking for next client. I then decided I will not buy from there due to the poor customer service. I thought there should be more friendly atmosphere. I went somewhere else that showed they genuinely cared about how they treated the customer.
