They came to fill up our gas tank and charged us $800. The heater didn't work after they were done, and when we had another company come to fix it, they said our oil was only half full. They have always charged a premium, and we have always had to get two refills every winter. They steal.

Kaelin - Star Ice sold to Arctic Glacier over a year ago, and the old owner is no longer working there (the older guy). Your experience must have been several years ago. Service is great, and the prices are great.
