Kaelin - Star Ice sold to Arctic Glacier over a year ago, and the old owner is no longer working there (the older guy). Your experience must have been several years ago. Service is great, and the prices are great.

I have been a customer from the beginning. #1 I dove to fast and was rudly informed. #2 you can't park their rudly informed same person . #3 you can't be in that area , was unmarked , was looking at what I was buying . And was ok before but not that day . Same person Now the what I think is the owner . The old man. !!! I'm their monthly buying presto logs , for crying out loud that man has never said a word even when I tryed to pull words from him he has no social skills . The people who work for him are very nice , except for the senior person in the office . Hope this answers your question Reggie.
