We had no idea where to begin choosing tile for our master bathroom remodel. Thankfully, we found The Tile Shop and were blessed to work with Virginia who made the whole experience a delight. At one point I felt like I was on one of those extreme makeover shows where the camera crew follows you around. We had a big rebuild after a fire completely destroyed the home we were about to move into. We worked with Andy & Virginia and were very happy with our experience! The tile selection at this location is vast. The showroom is gorgeous and provides you with many design ideas. We bought replacement tile for our fireplace brick, foyer and tile in front of fireplace. We were given great guidance both for design, color and function. Recently, we needed tile for a basement bath, which we were helped with cheerfully. I loved how I was treated. At times, this rebuild experience has been quite frustrating, but Andy and Virginia both remained professional and when appropriate even had a sense of humor which helps ease tension with the rebuild process (supply chain, insurance!). I would highly recommend buying tile here! You are in excellent hands.

This was the 3rd or 4th tile shop we visited. By the time we got there, our contractors planned to install the tile the next day. Luckily, Virginia was able to narrow down options that we could leave with on the same day. She walked us through every step and was very candid about the maintence of each stone. With her expertise, we were able to gain knowledge and make an educated decision on what would best fit our lifestyle. The bathroom is my favorite room in the whole house and we owe it all to her! She is amazing and I’d recommend her to everyone I know in the hunt for tile!
