Shout out to Ashley. She was outstanding. I went in there not knowing what to do as it is my first move, and she helped us every step of the way. Even when we ended up receiving the wrong trailer, she was quick to help us solve the issue. Very good sense of humor too, we love Ashley <3

I’d recommend visiting the West 7th st. location. The owners of this location are very rude and disrespectful. I was waiting in line for about 5 minutes to pickup my reservation. 3 employees were being berated by the owner when one of them asked if they could help the customers. He looks at me and said “there’s only 1 person in line”. I replied that “there were 2 people in line and we had been waiting for a while.” He loudly and rudely began to lecture me about all the places folks have to wait in line. After a minute of listening to his nonsense I informed him that there’s lots of places to rent from that he should treat his employees & customers with more respect. No wonder they had a big sign out front with an offer of employment.

My reservation had me returning the vehicle to this location. I show up, and wait about 5-10 minutes for someone to come out to where I was directed to park the truck. When they do, they "ask" if I can take it to another location, as if I am their employee tasked with moving trucks around as needed. I did not want to, but the agent then hands me a piece of paper to show me where to go. I later read it more to see he had gone into the system prior to me even acquiescing to this change and changed the reservation to returning the equipment across town. So I drive back the way I came and waste 20 minutes of my day to do U-Haul's job. I then get to the new place and have to buy more gas because the gauge no longer matches, hmmmm perhaps the drive used up some gas. Never use them if you do not have to.

We dropped our truck off at this location and brought up an issue we had while on the road and the General Manager Johnny quickly got it resolved and made sure we were all taken care of. Super nice store and would recommend to everyone!
