Not as bad as most places. We pulled over. Completed the online order. Went to pickup coffee down the street and within 20 min pulled up to the drive thru and was provided with our order. Small wait via drive thru but overall great experience. Thank you staff!

The service was terrible! I was in line for 30 minutes. I definitely think they need to work on delivering the food to the customers within 3 minutes. The cashier apologized so that was nice. I dont stop there except two times a year.

I tried the loaded e fries and thought they were delicious. Loved the blend of ranch and cheese. I also tried the chicken with waffles and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. It was not easy to find the way into the parking lot but there is plenty of parking. The sweet tea was mediocre. I haven't been in a White Castle for over a decade but I would possibly go back again.

We were here Saturday April 9, around 1pm. We dined in. The bathroom and the inside was clean. Our food... took a long time to get but was good and correct. The reason for 3 stars was the manager. I didn't know there was problem with another customer until the manager got loud! Ridiculously loud! The customers order was incorrect (she did remain calm). The manager made everything worse every chance she could. We thought the manager was going to come over the counter after her. We picked up and left! Crazy and uncalled for! She should have LISTENED to the customer before yelling. The customer was taking part of the blame herself... easy... say "Bring it back and I'll fix it. " (customer is always right.. right?) After the woman said she ate it.... it was over... tell her "thank you for letting me know. Next time I'm asking if someone wants "everything" I'll be more specific to what "everything" is." White Castle corporate office, this woman should not be a manager. She hasn't been properly trained.
