The young guy behind the counter thats there all the time..needs a day off..So he is not so rude...I am a regular there and seeing him treat people the way he does is crazy..his name his ROY and he will jump from behind the counter with no mask on screaming at people...dont use this 711..go were u are treated with respect

the bald-headed employee that works here instantly dismissed my canadian boyfriend's passport as "simply fake" without giving it a second look and threatened to call the police if we didnt leave. completely unprofessional.
