I went to transfer plates and update a title. Renee was awesome she worked my situation all the way to cashier. She could of dismissed my situation but she didn’t and I appreciated her candor and customer service. There also was another lady there that was really nice and checked on me but I didn’t see her name tag. I just want that (African American)young lady with the short blonde hair to know I appreciate her customer service as well. This was an awesome and very pleasant experience. Thank you!

I do like the new appointment system for drivers services..beats waking up super early to stand in a line that winds past ace hardware. And...the employees are awesome there. So friendly and helpful. Update: Mike was awesome. We were so pleased with his customer service skills and sense of humor, my mom yelled out "give this guy a raise" But your appointment time is not your own...about 20 others have the same time and you still need to stand in line and your time might be pushed back since it is so busy. Took me 45 minutes for real id because my appointment time was delayed. I would suggest putting signs upfront so people know what to do upon arrival. Some got in lines without an appointment so we had to tell them to make one so they could be seen. Update: there was someone outside to help direct people on what to do and where to go. Love to see you are open to feedback. Now going to the dmv doesn't fill the publuc with DREAD. If only every office was as good as this one.

I had such an unexpectedly pleasant experience that I felt motivated to write a review. I went on a Thursday at 10:30a.m. and I didn't have an appointment but was able to make one same day by scanning the QR code and grabbing an appointment. Appointment was for 10:50, great. I walk in and it helped that I had all my paperwork, and the whole process took me thirty minutes from start to finish. Everyone was polite and expedient. Come prepared with all your stuff and go on an off time and you should have a good experience.

I had to register my car and get new plates and stickers, and the whole process only took 10 minutes from start to finish. There was no wait, and this was on a Thursday around 11am. There were staff outside to direct you to the correct line. I had even filled one form incorrectly and the staff kindly helped me correct it. Good experience here.
