Heard Postal Annix has new owners and mngt. As of this month. Went in, Met Fred and Tara, who are friendly, professional and their customer service is excellent. Decided to give this location and the new owners my business verses driving elsewhere with the gas prices. They come highly Reccomend. And Please ignore the old posted reviews prior to June 2022, as they are from the old ownership who is gone! Give Fred and Tara the fresh start everyone deserves.

New owner couple, Fred and Tara work in person also manage as of June 2022. Very professional. I am a customer and hope the community oversees the past owner poor reviews on google. As Fred and Tara deserve a new shining review for their business and excellent customer service.

I went to get passport photos, mail few things and get some prints all in one trip. Super friendly staff, clean office and convenient. They looked very busy but got great service. I would go again in future here for my mailing needs. Conveniently located next to Fred Meyer so I could do some grocery shopping and get some gas too. Parking lot might busy after 3, so if you are in a rush, try not to park right in front of the store but a lane or two away. Gets you in and out faster. 4.5 is what I wanted to rate but there wasn't that option obviously.

Some of the worst and rudest people I have ever dealt with! Several of the employees/staff are unprofessional, uninformed and unfriendly. We have given them many opportunities to improve their level of service and they have only gotten worse. They have cost our business money and time. I will go out of my way to never use this business again. Update-I had to go back and I was pleasantly surprised by new much happier faces. Hopefully things are improving! 🤞🤞I’ll keep you posted! Lol!

Many PostalAnnex locations offer 24-hour access, and with your permission, your PostalAnnex will accept packages and overnight letters from UPS, FedEX and the USPS, storing them safely until it's convenient for you to pick them up. Also, a private mailbox is a great way to keep your business customers and communications away from your home, providing safety for your family as well.
