cannot say anything negative for this location. it is definitely a family oriented hotel because of the pool area. The breakfast area was the best one we have ever experienced at a HI express. 3 pancake machines all working, 3 breakfast staff, always checking to make sure the food was full, tables cleaned as soon as someone left their table, garbage cans not overflowing, floor clean. front desk staff was very attentive and on the ball. if you are in the dells and want a place to stay without all the activity of the indoor water park, this is the place to stay. Thank you to the staff and management of this hotel for a great stay, we will be back next time we are in the dells.

This was our 2nd year staying here & it did not disappoint. We had a king bed room & the bed was comfortable & room clean. The pools are always perfect temp. Breakfast has a great spread. The elevator was broken when we arrived but was quickly fixed. Staff friendly and accommodating. Great location, close to all the places. Fits all our needs & a perfect hotel to stay at with little kids since it has 4 pools total. 2 for smaller children (1 is outside)

Great place to stay if you have kids. My family have stayed here a few times and the continental breakfast is great. They have lots of options and generally mix it up daily. Secondly, the pool is open a decent amount of hours (8a-10p) and aside from the slide not always being open, it's a nice large area (albeit a bit on the warm side). Only negative experience was a bird chirping loudly outside my room at 6:30am and that only happened one of the 5 nights I've stayed there. Location is great - being near Tanger outlet, quite a few food options, and knuckleheads is a fantastic.

Great hotel, morning desk staff was great everyday, multiple gentlemen helped us over or stay and all were quick and happy to help. Pools were awesome. One deep and one 1.5 feet for kids. Fantastic. Rooms were clean, beds nice, location for me was just fine, to far to walk to downtown, but lots to do and restaurants close. Great breakfast. We stayed in Off-season and the price/experience was so good, we canceled our other plans to stay at this location longer.
