My fiance and I went to the dells without kids! We did adult things and had a great time. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast was perfect for us. The pancake machine was so nice better than the waffle makers some hotels have. The morning desk/breakfast girl was so friendly and efficient that I had to ask her name, Shannon, was great. The only things that I would mention is the pool is freezing, no one was using it. And I missed having a hot tub. All else was good.

The remodel is nice, the rooms can be a little cleaner. Thank goodness I travel with Lysol and Bleach wipes. The bathroom was full of hair. It was disgusting and the room was a little musty smelling. Overall fine.

When we first got there we went up to our assigned room number and the hotel staff was in the middle of cleaning it so we had to wait. Then the next morning we woke up and our car was broken into right in front of the hotel. The hotel employee told us that someone had informed them that our car door was wide open, yet the hotel employee did nothing. He didn't go to close our door or try and track down us to let us know. I was very disappointed with this hotel to say the least. Lock your doors at this hotel!!!!!

Room was clean, staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was what you would expect. Place is a little outdated, smaller rooms and bathroom, but none of these are a deterant. Picture of the pool under the Google listing also showed a hot tub, but there was only a pool. Recommend updating photos. Overall happy with the experience.
