Room was great, clean, and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean as well. However when checking in, one of the employees was really rude when we asked for him to clarify about something. The rest of the employees were fine.

The whole hotel smells wierd including the room that we stayed in. The room was not properly clean there was dried bugs on the bathroom floor and the fridge inside was gross! The other hotel guests not to be disrespectful but some of them made me and my daughter feel uncomfortable. We stayed only one night and someone tried to get into our room 4 different times! The guest were loud slamming doors yelling in the halls. It just over all wasn't a great experience. Although I will say the front clerk was amazing 👏

When we got to our room at 3pm, which is check in, our room was 45 degrees. We turned it up to 85 to warm it up in here. The shower rod is attached to the wall with a block of wood behind each side and definitely have to be careful not to put any pressure on it when closing the curtain because it may come right off the wall. We went to get a soda from the vending machine and had to go with our fourth choice due to everything being empty. When we decided to relax and try to get some sleep at 10:30pm, there was knocking on our door and kids and teenagers running up and down the hallway, talking extremely loud in the hallway, and slamming doors. I can only imagine what breakfast will be like in the morning. Definitely will spend the extra money to go to a better hotel next time. Was extremely disappointed with this place.

Worst hotel i have EVER stayed in would give 0 stars if i could. When we got to our room it was 40 degrees. We could see our breath. It was warmer in thr dirty hall than in our room. After 2 hours of having the heat up as high as it would go it got up to 65. Had to go out and buy a space heater and blankets which cost as much as the room. Bathroom had hair on the wall and in the tub. Stopped by pool before we went to our room. Bottom of pool needed a good scrubbing it was gross. Daughter said eww no. No one any where in sight when we went to check out just a bucket that said drop key here. Horrible!!!
