Upon booking the website. Said,”Free tickets to Noah’s ark.) When we actually arrived they removed it from there website and gave us buy one get one free tickets. I had screen shot, my reservation. But they would not honor it. Claiming this is free. But it’s not, it’s buy one get one… anyways I let that slide. We check in go to our room put our things away. ( walking into the room it has a stinky smell.) we turned the a/c on. Put things in the fridge and left for the day. Came back that night with the room hot. Our things in the fridge not cold. And the tv wouldn’t work. Called the front desk. They came and “fixed” the things . The A/c stopped working in the night. Offered to bring a fan, but never returned. The sheets had a big yellow stain on them. Looking like they hadn’t been washed. And we didn’t notice that until morning after sleeping in them 🤮 Don’t recommend.

We were in town for our daughters nationals dance competition. Our Airbnb was only through WE, but she did well enough to get asked for an encore on TH night. Without a place I struggled to find a place for 5 people and a dog. Econolodge to the rescue. I secured a room and when got there the place looked run down, no cars in the parking lot, trash laying around. The desk clerk was very friendly and got us checked in to a 2 bed/sofa bed room. It looked like a converted conference room with double doors to the outside that were unlocked. Fine, it was huge so bonus. Got settled and went for a walk. Found the old outdoor pool….filled with dirt complete with weeds and an old sofa. Trash and dog bombs outside our room. Old office and canopy on the backside of the hotel. Complete with a busted grill, old chair and a pile of charcoal on the ground. Soffit missing from canopy provides a rookery for a sizable pigeon population. More trash. I almost feel sorry for the owners. Few guests don’t provide much revenue but it’s like they’re not even trying. How hard is it to pick up junk? The sofa bed was $h!t. Sofa beds aren’t comfortable to begin with but this one had missing springs and was falling apart. The staff seemed to be family and they were great but man, clean the place up. EDIT: the picture with the gravel is supposed to show a busted bottle of Hennessy that had been thrown against an unused fountain outside our room. Broken glass was strewn all over.

There was no hot tub, stuff was left in our fridge, looks and feels scary from the outside (rundown), and the “breakfast” was a joke. For $240 i completely got ripped off. do not recommend and will not be returning.

Verified Hotel Guest

Positive: The rooms were very clean. Staff attentive to any needs. Negative: The breakfast could have been a little better. There wasn't any restocking, so it felt like once something was gone people were out of luck. They had sausage but no eggs or pancakes.
