Casie was nice (the lady that eventually emailed me my approval for my project). That is worth at least the one star… It took this company three months to approve my security cameras that I wanted to add to my OWN HOME. Terrible! I had to get approval for this, they formed and run our HOA and don’t do a good job. I had to threaten to file a BBB complaint to get them to do anything. If you are a builder or planner for a neighborhood, please find another option. This company has caused so much pain over a very small ask.

I am on an HoA board for a community managed by Blue Mountain and we have regularly had issues with bills 50% higher than the amount in our contract due to 'clerical fees'. Blue Mountain has not explained or itemized these fees properly after multiple requests. Our fees to Blue Mountain still substantially increase year over year even though we now receive fewer services than ever before.

Cheyenne showed exemplary service. She was very responsive to any questions that I had regarding an ARC request. She was very helpful on navigating what was needed and where to go. I've worked with several HOAs being a real estate agent, and she's by far the best I've worked with. Thanks for all your help Cheyenne!

I've been trying to get someone out to fix our yard for the last two months. They keep passing me back and forth with the builder. My yard is getting over watered or not draining properly. There is algae growing in some parts and standing water in others. My yard looks like it belongs in a wet land. They are also terrible to get a hold of. If there was an emergency it would take them at least a week to get back. I'm hoping by leaving a review I'll actually be able to get this resolved.
