Awesome customer service! Talked to Jerry, who was very patient and professional. He took time listening to me and explaining the details of my account. Eventually, giving out the best solution. This store becomes my must-go place whenever I have questions about my AT&T account. And Jerry is highly recommended!

We came in to lower our bill and hopefully get faster internet speeds. Jerry, the manager, decided the best plan would be cancelling our business account and opening a personal internet account with higher speeds at a lower rate; likely to get his commission metrics increased as we later found we are unable to cancel our business account due to contracts. AVOID this store at all costs. It’s worth it to drive further to a corporate store.

I went down to this store to add a couple lines and upgrade a couple phones. As soon as I walked in Johnny approached me and he not only got me two new phones but saved me money on my bill; two added lines and smaller payment. Johnny is friendly, very knowledgeable and made the whole transaction smooth and easy. If you need any help, I highly recommend calling Johnny, he is great!

We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
