We had a relaxing and successful experience. We were looking for something fairly specific and Marlein was able to guide us to exactly what we needed. She answered all our questions and was able to get the shipping cost waived.

I had the worst experience here. I purchased a power base adjustable bed frame with my bed set. The power base would damage the bed set and when I tried to return it they said they would not take it back. They never informed me that the return policy did not apply to the power base. When I asked to speak to the manager, Charles Hamilton, he was very rude and did not try to help me at all. Instead he gave me customer cares number and walked away. He was very rude and I’m disappointed with Ashley. I will never come here again and I suggest you don’t as well.

We purchased a living room set and bedroom with mattress. Upon entry we were greeted by Wilmer. He let us know about the 50% off promotions and helped assist us with picking out our furniture as this can be overwhelming. He gave us space to look around. I like the fact that we weren’t pressured or followed. He was also very knowledgeable ! The showroom is huge and we were really fond of the selection. I recommend the Yorba Linda location and when you do ask for Wilmer. Thank you Wilmer.

We were around the area and decided to check it out. And we are also moving places very, very soon. Like next week soon lol. So we are actually looking for a dining set and a couch/bed for our living room. We were greeted by Jude. She was really friendly and helpful. We walked with her for a while asking her questions and all. Then so what we liked, but we didn't want to buy it yet because we were not sure how well it is going to fit at the new place. She gave us the exact pricing on the different thing with wanted to get. She said that there is a 40% discount plus 5yrs financing. Even though we were not going to buy anything at that moment, she was very kind with us. The store was very clean and very well organized. I can't comment on the buying process or the warranty process so I am only reviewing the store atmosphere and the welcoming staff!!
