They're doing a great job. The store was clean and the employees were attentive. But, this store is a relic of the past and I'm not sure why they're still open for business. Fry's Electronics went the way of the DoDo and they finally closed shop realizing that people buy electronics online now. Perhaps Best Buy needs to close all retail outlets and have only an online store. Have only a few flagship stores for returns and repairs. Whatever the case, they need to reinvent themselves if they want to carry on with their good name and good will that they've developed with their customers over the years. Maybe rework the stores to be local distribution centers with only small showrooms for a select few hot ticket items with minimal staff. It's just sad to see such a large retail space struggling to fill it with ANYTHING. We love you Best Buy! But we'd rather see a repurposed version of yourself, than have you become a distant memory.

Store design well done! 💪 Ask for sales floor guy named Caelan (Kay-len). He's their most knowledgeable employee and it's not even close. Christopher knows a lot about computers. great guy to talk to 🤝

Customer service was good. The store is smaller than the usual Best Buy but that is because they use this spot like a hub for mail order items. Perfect spot for me ro pick up my orders on the way home.

Store just reopened after the remodel. Everything inside is new and modern. Lots of displays to see and touch products. Multiple ways to get products; in-store shopping, ship to home, curbside pickup, and brand new lockers so you can pick up your item at any time.

They can't refuse to give tax back if you have the receipt and they're doing an exchange. If the new laptop is more expensive, you only have to pay the difference plus tax on the difference. If the new laptop is less, you'll get the difference back plus the tax on the difference. If you're doing the return as a no receipt, they return it for the lowest price it's been in the last 30 days and without the tax because they don't know what state you bought it in and how much tax you were charged. I doubt they're doing it as a no receipt though because that's usually for sealed items less than $100
Open the PS4 if it's out warranty only, if not go to Best buy. If warranty has expired you might need a tri-wing screwdriver to take the cover off and if you good at soldering take off the old one. Go to Fry's electronics and Tell them that you need to that part from your PS4, price for that is between $12-23
