Called Costco Anaheim Hills tires to see if we could get 1 tire replaced today right this minute 12.30pm Sunday the guy was trying to sell me 4 tires I said I only require 1 then he said I would need two and I said I only wanted 1 they had the tire and then I asked would he be able to fit it this afternoon and he said no based on the fact that I wasn’t going to buy 4 or 2 tires I said I’ll go somewhere else. I’ll go to my Costco in Chino Hills grrrr

Takes 2hours to replace 2 tires. This is ridiculous. I tried this place twice but same experience.

Check in time is supposed to be 15 minutes before your appointment time. Ended up taking 30 minutes to check in. They said it would take an hour to an hour and a half to put 4 new tires on. Still waiting and it's been 2 hours. Note to the wise, do a drop off style and don't wait.

Went in for a tire rotate and balance. Previously used the Costco center in Tustin. Made an appointment the day before and the service was right on time. The employees were helpful and courteous, and to all the customers, even the rude one with the battery issue. There was an issue with my paperwork and the men helped me by looking up the necessary phone numbers I needed and giving me advice on how to handle it. It was a good idea, they caught the issue which will make my next visit even quicker. I watched through the window as they worked the bays and they work safely and professionally. Having had a career in mechanics and was supervisor of a large truck repair facility I can appreciate a shop that is running smooth and safe. For value and reliable service i recommend this tire store.
