Awesome gym! After staying at The Aryes Hotel and their gym was closed due to remodeling I was told to come here by the hotel staff. Everyone here is so friendly and made me feel right at home.

Fantastic facility. Very clean machines, restrooms, and spin class room. Incredibly welcoming staff that helps everyone feel comfortable...men, women, muscleheads, and weekend warriors. Personalized attention with the trainers, or do your own private workout...you make it what you want. Highly recommended.
