The rooms are nice. Bathrooms are small. The refrigerator door should be reversed. The service is on the slow side and I do not really care for their breakfasts although that is more my taste than the quality of the breakfasts. One outstanding service is that breakfast while scheduled to be between 6:30 and 9 AM was always ready early to help the guests that were staying for work on a local outage. It was greatly appreciated by myself and other guests. It definitely made up for the other minor items mentioned in my review. This property is definitely a favorite and a place I would stay at again.

Every room smelled like a wet dog! The Manager didn’t care that I was unsatisfied and told me not to talk to other customers about my bad experience. When I asked for her name she almost wouldn’t tell me. Not good management skills Kimberly and I also got a photo of her! They said they would refund all my money but couldn’t give me any proof of it, even though they ran my card! Wait and see!

We stayed here 5/6 - 5/8 for my daughters graduation. 400.00 for two nights I expect better. Our first interaction with the staff we had to wait a long time because another guest was trying to get a refund. I understand this takes time but there were other employees that could of helped us. They have shampoo dispensers in the shower , we had three room and all of the dispensers were empty ! Why have them ? Walking into our room there was a terrible musty odor. Carpet is old and the entire room is outdated and worn down . Bottom line the entire place is filthy. Trash on the floor, food in the elevator, dirty main bathroom. Very disappointed. Just clean the place up !!

The room was clean upon arrival and staff were very friendly. The pool is open for use as well as the gym and laundry. There is a ton of shopping near by, as well as food places for a variety if choices to eat. They do have breakfast in the morning down stairs. Over all, this isn't a bad place to stay. Definitely roomy. I travel a lot for work, and this wasn't the worst place I could stay for a a week! A draw back is the lamp in my suite was broken, went to turn it on and it fell sideways (included a picture) and the couch has some trim coming off of it. Other than that everything was in order and clean!
