Very good place to stay. We have been staying here as an extended stay for about 2 weeks as our home got struck by lightning and has no power. We are a family of 4, two early teen boys, in a 2 bedroom efficiency room with a full kitchen and separate living/dining room combo. This room is exactly what we needed. It's a bit cramped but MUCH better than what others had to offer. The room itself: The room is clean, well appointed, and is well maintained. We have an end of hallway corner unit so that limits hallway traffic noise which is great. The bathroom has a separate toilet and shower room, with its own door, from the sink area, and the sink area has its own door to close it off from the hallway near the bedrooms. The shower is AMAZING....unlimited hot water and great pressure. The beds are queen sized and very comfortable, no lumps or whatever. Each bedroom had its own closet with small hanging rod and shelving/storage unit; two night stands with 3 drawer storage; a TV and stand with 2 shelves in the stand for storage. The living area has chair, ottoman/table combo, and a sleeper sofa. Our sleeper sofa was broke....the mattress had no supports so it fell through when you layed down on it....but we didn't use it anyway. The kitchen table with 4 chairs was definitely large enough for the 4 of us to eat a full meal all at one time. The kitchen has a nice sized sink with tall faucet, enough to fit large pots inside. The dishwasher was in very good working order and large enough to fit a few days worth of dishes. The electric burner stove is a 4 burner one with oven but is narrow like one in an RV, but is more than adequate to fix full meals. The refrigerator is 10 cubic feet, works great, keeps a full refrigerator and freezer cold, and provides enough space for a week's worth of supplies. The microwave is full sized with rotating table and worked great. Wifi connection is easy and provides a strong signal that allowed all four of us to stream data nonstop without issues. They provide a small supply of bssic pots, pans, dishes, and silverware, barely enough to get by for a day, but we brought some of our own as well. They have crock pot slow cookers, rice steamers, blenders, grilling tools, and other items to loan out if needed. We have no issues at all with the room. We were very happy with it and made our 2 week stay as comfortable as it could be. The facilities overall: Great location near the highway and everything Rock Hill has to offer.....restaurants, etc. Ample parking that is very well lit giving a feel of safety and security. Grounds and facilities overall, inside and out, are well maintained and kept clean and orderly. Kudos to the staff for this. The lobby area for check in is relatively small compared to some places but that's not an issue because we weren't in there for the lobby. There are tables and lounge chairs if you want to get out of the room to work online, eat a meal, or whatever. Coffee is great....hot, fresh, and always available. They have means for hot cocoa or tea as well. The complimentary breakfast is good with: 3 types of cereals, bagels, breads, muffins, fruits (bananas, oranges, apples), instant oatmeal, toaster, microwave, microwaveable breakfast biscuits, microwaveable Belgian waffles, yogurt, juices, water, and coffee. Some places can offer more, but to us this was more than adequate. There is an outdoor lounge area with wood burning fire pit and two large gas burning grills. We grilled burgers one night and it was great. The pool is small but in the June heat/sun never felt warm, but instead stayed rather refreshing. Some of the outdoor furniture could be replaced or repaired but most of it was in good shape overall. Service from everyone who worked there was great. They're all friendly, know what they're doing, and get things done quickly. Overall If you are looking for an extended stay, this is a great option. Overall great value for what you pay.

The Service was very poor and the rooms were horrible. Can you say Motel 6! After traveling 8 hours, I arrive to a smelly and Stinky room. The toilets and the tubes were nasty. The toilet seats were yellow with the ceramic coming off of them. The bottom of the tubes where horrible. When you turned the shower on the pipes pushed water out and wet the whole bathroom. There were rust on the walls and the smell of mildew and urine filled the hallways. I arrived at 8 am and reported the condition of the room. They offered to move me or come clean it. I elected to move. The manager asked if I could give her until noon. When noon came around, I called the front desk and she said she would send someone. They did not do a good job! At all! The manager was rude and disrespectful. I left the hotel . She never checked me in probably and she found my credit card number and charged be for a room , I never stayed at. She charged my card without permission. I never gave her permission to charge my card. She lied and said she waited for me to come down and she did not. I would not let my pet snake stay here. The breakfast was horrible the pool smelled like swamp water. You would have been better off sleeping in an alley.

Very worn furniture, sticky surfaces, bad smell from the suite next door. They offered to spray lysol in the hallway but it seems there are long term tenants in this hotel and they are very dirty. The staff is kind, they are doing the best they can but I will never stay here again. I expected nicer accommodations for the price. It looks like the furniture in Goodwill except Goodwill cleans the stuff they get in. No forks, 2 knives, 4 spoons. This is a two bedroom "suite"

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Booked room 9 days ago already. Did a mobile check in yesterday. Got the confirmation. Arrived today and they gave our room away. The entire city is sold out. We have our son with us who is playing in an AAU tournament and they were not even trying to find a room at another hotel, even if it’s a different brand. Offered us the number to sales. Like seriously?!?! You should get on the phone and find a solution.
