Tina at the front desk is absolutely terrible and needs to be fired, so RUDE don’t ask her a question or to help you with anything she will tell you no with the worst attitude in the world. Getting check in was a nightmare, asked for a towel and got chewed out!!! I travel worldwide and have never experienced being treated so disrespectful by hotel staff!!!

We stayed in 4 hotels over 11 days while traveling and this was the best one! The rooms are clean, spacious, and well appointed. The service is great as well. The only thing that could have improved our experience would have been more parking areas closer to the entrance.

Very pleased. Hotel is still new. Very clean and quiet. Ok, the lady at the front desk at check in didn't have smiles to spare...but, she's at work, I get it. She still got me checked in, no problem. The pillows are nice...but shorter than normal, but there are plenty of them. Ice machine on the 3rd floor was either out of order or just out of ice. Some pictures in the room were a bit crooked...made me want to straighten them. BUT...if you're looking for a clean, quiet stay this place is better than a lot of places I've stayed.
