My family will not stay at this hotel ever again! We found bed bugs in the room and the room was stuffy and not the cleanest! The manager will not refund all our money back. We didn't even stay in the room once we seen the bed bugs. We left and found another better hotel the Cambria. I recommend the Cambria 100%. Comfort lost a customer and will never return

Room was clean & very nice . Hotel is well kept and surroundings are pretty safe & peaceful. There's a young man named Leo at the front desk and he is the nicest , most hospitable , most professional, kind , hard working , and accommodating employee I've ever come across working at a hotel desk . He made our stay as nice as it gets ❣️ He also went out of his way to give me something hotel provides when I was told no by another very rude woman employed at this hotel . In fact , Leo is the reason I can say anything kind about the customer service part of my review so , THANK YOU VERY MUCH LEO FOR ALL YOU'VE DONE TO MAKE OUR STAY EXCELLENT ❣️❣️ I HOPE THE OWNER KNOWS WHAT AN ASSET YOU ARE TO COMFORT SUITES & THE CHOICE HOTEL BRAND !!! Sincerely, a lady that loves cereal without milk ! 😂

Positive: Excellent service at breakfast. Room meet our requirements. Negative: Front desk person was not accommodating. We had requested ground floor unit and did not get as we had booked 10 days in advance, yet we overheard him offer at ground floor unit to another guest for a higher cost.... go figure. Pool was closed.

The service was great very friendly attentive the room was very nice but the restroom sink was for a tall person the toilet was for a short person, had lots of towels and will give you more, the bed was very high, had lots outlets only 1 USB , and only 1 ether net outlets. The TV you can not use apps with.
