Best hotel experience in a long time! Great hotel, simply the most comfortable and up to date room accommodations, and a special shout out to Ross at the front desk! He was amazing from the minute we walked in the door and throughout our stay. Big kudos to him. Also, the breakfast was superb!

The staff was outstanding and the hotel was spotless. Stain on rug in my room, you could tell that they tried to get it out but no luck. Didn’t matter as room was spotless. Breakfast are was spotless and so many choice, cereal, yogurt, hot oat meal, fresh whole fruit. Sausage, bacon. Two different omelets. Fresh pastries and make your own pancakes. Staff was great and the whole property was spotless.

Wow. Renovations going on and the place is a wreck. Yet, their still charging full rates! Front desk staff obviously don't want to be there. Requested turnover service - wasn't done. Multiple stains in room. Pool and fitness area closed due to COVID (yeah right). Breakfast closes at 9. Due to this experience, we have chosen to not stay in a holiday inn express again because we simply can't trust the brand any longer.

When traveling between Ohio and Florida, we like to stop in Rock Hill, SC. In the past, we have found this hotel to be exceptional however, during our last trip it appears to be slipping. While checking it didn't appear that we had the employees full attention. I had prepaid for the room and yet the employee told me that there wasn't a room available. After my initial shock, I explained to the desk clerk again that I had prepay for the room. After looking again, he realized that he was looking at the wrong date. The room appeared worn and tired. Loose tile in the bathroom. Tub drain was sitting on the edge of the tub. Limited towels and washcloths. Breakfast was cool...not warm as expected. Overall I was disappointed with our experience. More than likely will not stay at this location in the future.

No. There is a restaurant where they will serve you breakfast, but it costs $10 per day, and it's not serve yourself.
It varies depending on the booking. Normally there is no cancellation fee 48 hours before the check-in date.
