Had 2 rooms 4 nights with teenage boys for a local basketball tournament. I have worked in client experience industry 25 years and can easily spot individuals that capture the essence of delivering superior service. Keonna was not only helpful and friendly but welcoming greeting each guest with a smile. She made sure we were well taken care of. Will book here again next time we are in town. Clean rooms and facilities.

As a platinum member I did an early check in and room was not ready until 3:30ish. We went to our cookout and then showed by at 9. The front desk did not acknowledge I was a Marriott member, tell me about breakfast or anything else besides verify my info with my id. We get to the room and the air conditioner controller was missing from the wall (wires and bracket was on wall) so we had to manually get the air going under a cabinet. Then we look for soap and shampoo and there was none so I go to the front desk to ask. The hotel was out of soap so she gave me a handful of shampoo o bathe with. Then I go to plug my phone into the night stand only to see a roach trap sitting in the nightstand. Definitely NOT the normal Courtyard stay and thankfully it was only for one night.

I was very impressed. I showed up with no reservation (I always do this to myself) half expecting to hear "Sorry, we're actually booked for the whole weekend." And that's exactly what happened. But, when I explained I just needed one night for my family due to our long trip they were able to help us. Location is great: just off the highway with plenty of restaurants in the area, although there's a great bistro in the lobby if you're sick of driving (like me).

The staff was super friendly, very polite! Nice lobby, bar abs Starbucks coffee. Also on site washer and dryer.. but Upon check in my card was double charged, which was addressed by the front desk clerk none the less an inconvenience. Second the shower all though very big had mildew in the bottom and we killed what looked like a cockroach in the closet. But due to a very busy volleyball weekend we could not change rooms. Not my best room experience at a Marriot if in the area again probably would find other accommodation
