I only came in to make a donation and when I left I was furious at how unprofessional the staff was.

Place needs to be under investigation. I stayed there a month and was treated awesome by majority of staff but tire minority of them treats you less than including the help (kitchen , volunteers & housekeeper etc. ) however many years ago the place was suitable for guest. The entire facility was even in way better condition. Now it’s infested with addicts using on inside and outside which is such a disgrace because some are actually trying to better themself. A ton of nonchalant staff turn the other cheek when you inform them activities. Ladies don’t have curfew it’s as easy as “saying” you was at work after 9pm. It’s honestly no structure no cares given and no pressure applies to those given chance after chance. Basically no rules apply but to those trying yet may Slip on first offense and suspended for 24 yhrs. If theirs any connects, sources/legal aid etc reading this please feel free to reach out via e-mail. I have undercover guest on the inside willing to come forward and expose with receipts, photos, and videos of all here in text. Hopefully a Salvation Army will take this into serious consideration of bettering what they stand for!!!!
