This location provides great customer service and is very attentive to zips customers. Any time I had questions or concerns they was on. These guys really have the knowledge and understanding of not only how to do the job that they signed up to do but also how to treat zips customers and make them want to continue to come back. Great job Mareo keep up the good work of leading your team to success. You Guys rock!

I thought this was a good car wash. Until I pay for their promotion to get free car washes and the amount was $40. When I decided to cancel the promotion because I did not get my car washed enough, they still took my money from my card. I called about getting a refund and nothing happened. I went up there and talked to the managers they claim they sent messages to the department that handles the money and no one called me and I never received my money back, no one even offered to give me free car washes for an extra month to compensate for the money. They have horrible service they obviously do not care about their customers and the service that they provide. The vacuums are always clogged up and never working and if you cancel the promotion they will still take your money off your card and not give it back and not offer anything to compensate. I advise people to never go to this car wash do not give them your money because they do not deserve it and they will take your money and run with it and never try to fix whatever the problem is that you have with them. I am currently getting a lawyer to get my $40 back I think it's real sad no one reached out to me about my money and no one tried to replace my money back onto my card... We are now at the end of the month of June and this happened back in March and no one has contacted me. I have been up to this car wash several times to talk to them about getting my money back but to no avail. I hate that I had to give them one star if I had the choice they would get no stars and a protest in front of their building SMH

The workers here were very pleasant but I remember when this car wash was $8 and before it was under this name it was $6. Now it's $10 and they have half the vacuums blocked off. Forcing customers to wait for the few available. Then on top of that two of the vacuums don't work & one was missing a hose. I anticipated using this place more frequently because it's in route to my daughter's daycare but I'll keep going to Sam's Mart. It's not far from my home, it's $6, and the vacuums almost always work... even when they aren't working, I'm able to pull to another station that is. I'm not asking for a lot but Inflation is already killing us... at least if imma pay $10 for a service I want the service to work.

Been coming here for over a year, had terrible experience. Car backed up and hit my car while we both were going on the automatic, explained what happened to a employee. Employee notified head honcho and nothing....
