I join anytime fitness eight years ago . The people there are friendly and willing to help if necessary . When I travel in Oregon or anywhere else there’s always an anytime fitness nearby which is awesome.

Good variety of machines, big free weights area and lots of space. Pretty dirty though, changing rooms needed checking and cleaning. Studio was in disarray, that's a client and manager issue. Will go back hoping it's just an off their game, high volume day.

Go next door to Planet Fitness. One quarter of the price and customer service isn't terrible. Also no contract trickery. They promised me a free month because my friend referred me. Neither of us got it. They also said they would postpone the maintenance fee until March and waive the "initiation fee." They charged me for everything as soon as I gave them my credit card number. Then when I went to talk to them about it they kept postponing until they sent me to collections and went after my credit. I tried calling for months while the pandemic was happening and it went straight to voicemail saying "the mailbox is full". They have free weights which is nice but not worth paying four times as much as the competition next door.

Gym itself is pretty nice. Wish they would install a water bottle water fountain as it can be difficult filling a bottle without one. Either this was in my contract which I cannot find, or it was NOT told to me from the two phone calls I had with employees on wanting to cancel my membership, but it takes 30 days to 'process' your cancellation. If the 30 days falls within the time they would normally charge you, they go ahead and charge you and won't give you a refund. They need a written notice that you want to cancel but won't let you just email in your cancellation notice. Since I moved I had to drive 20 miles just to drop off my cancellation notice and then still get charged for another month that I won't be able to use because of distance.

Yes, and Yes again. Silver sneakers is accepted.
Yes you can.
No, it's an adults only gym, I think over 18 required.
Heck yes!
Not sure about clinics but I would ask. My Medicare offers membership to me for it. No training included though.
The membership is actually through the gym itself. Just walk through the doors and talk to Mark. He's a super nice guy and I think their rates are pretty fair, especially if you just live down the street like me.
I would probably just call the gym and speak to Mark. He's a really nice guy and helpful.
