How do I get social security card

I'm pretty sure it's just by appointment only

They are closed to the public still and I don't believe they necessarily respond on Google maps. You'd have to call the office. Also, Kansas is now one of the states that is able to request a SS card online simply by going to SSA.gov and setting up your mySSA account. Hope this helps!

Actually was told to change ss card first. Usually only need certified copy at marriage license and ID with old or new last name because marriage license had both last names on it, mine does anyway.

When you get that voice, just be patient and it will eventually prompt you to make a selection for what you are needing.

You can order one online if you have a mySSA acct. You only need your state-issued ID. If done online, it is only for a replacement, not to change anything. Otherwise, go to the local office and let the kind people there take care of your needs. Hope that helps.
