They have trailers and pallet racks stored straight across from their docks making it a serious pain to get in. Then to top it off they have one end of their lot blocked off so you have to back all the way from the open end if you don't want to blind side into the dock.

I would give zero stars if I could. As someone who is a distributor there is absolutely no reason that I should be waiting over 30 minutes to pick up a simple sofa. Disappointed with customer service to say the very least.

Picking up was a bad experience because it was very slow. I’m likely to hit traffic now because of how long it takes. Only one customer gets helped at a time, regardless of there being multiple capable people in the office. I called ahead to confirm my pickup today. Waited being one other customer at the counter for 20 minutes in the office. Then waited 40 more minutes outside. Rather ridiculous…fingers crossed this couch is worth the hassle.

Saturday morning and 8 people in line at time of opening. The lady at window was warm and friendly. It took about 30 minutes for my turn to load. Loading went fast and easy. We picked up a dual reclining loveseat and a matching sofa(7 boxes total) which consumed an entire 5X10 flatbed trailer. Required more space than I thought due to the amount of boxes. Everything was undamaged and functions like they should.
