The couches that were delivered were significantly less stuffed than the ones in the showroom. The main couch broke within 1 month. They sent a technician to look at the couch and said it would be fixed within 2 weeks. 3 months later and nothing is fixed. Tried calling 3 times and have been told "the manager will call you tomorrow." 2 weeks since my last call and have not heard anything. Would never purchase from them again.

I bought furniture here, WORSE mistake! They only wanted my money and they don’t care about the conditions of the product they’re selling. I received My recliners boxed in November. After ww open the box we notice they were RIPPED. I had paid almost $300 for a 5yr guarantee and I’m still waiting for a technician to come inspect the furniture for the last 3 months.

**DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!!** We purchased two sofas in December and paid in full. We were told 6-8 weeks for delivery. We have never received any calls with updates. When the six weeks were up we called and were told two more weeks. When that two weeks passed we called again and were told one more week. We called when that week passed and were told another three weeks which would be the end of March. They told us they have been waiting for shipments from the manufacturer, Emerald Furniture, since November. Well why did they give us a 6-8 week time frame if they knew it was going to take longer? Just to make the sale. The manager, Frank, is a complete liar and kept giving us the run around. He said he could get our sofas from other locations which he didn't. He offered to give us a set that was in the store but belonged to someone else which would've pushed their delivery out. We obviously turned that down. He offered to lend us furniture until ours was delivered. We turned that down because of Rona. Hello! He is just full of it! Lies! Also note... the purchase is non refundable and he said under no circumstances can he refund us. Yet still no confirmed date of delivery. They do not care about you or how long you have to wait! **DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!!**

So I gave them 2 stars because I love the couch. Why I took off 3 stars is because of the customer service. We ordered the couch a good 3/4 months ago. At first I was told 2 to 3 weeks. After that passed and I heard nothing, I called. Then I was told it was going to be a month, ridiculous right? It is what it is. 1 month passed and I called again. Then I was told 2 weeks it would arrive, guess what? Those two weeks came and no couch. It continued like this until I finally got my call, it arrived the 23rd of July. Over the months I waited they apologized and said they would compensate us some how. So since I had originally had delivery and set up I asked to not pay that. That was a huge no from them, nice compensation guys. So after some thought, I decided I wasnt going to give the company any more of money. So I rented a Uhaul and paid some friends with dinner to help me get it. It took us 20 minutes to get the couch set up inside. What I did definently wasnt worth wasting another $150.00.

Good morning, We had our sectional delivered on Saturday, but the set up wasn't correct and we need to move a couple of pieces around. Do you have someone that we can contact to come out and move it around?

Some of it is in stock but most take weeks.
