Love all my items I have received from crate and barrel. Got my mom the farmhouse mugs for Christmas, when she opened them 3 were broken. I was able to call customer service and they were able to replace the 3 that were broken. The gal I spoke with was super nice and helpful. Such great service! Definitely recommending crate and barrel to all my friends and family

This person Sunday came up to my daughter and I. My daughter is disabled was wearing a face shield fully vaccinated she told us we had to leave and that my daughter could shop using others means, when I explained my daughter is disabled can’t wear a mask she didn’t care just kept saying she could shop using other means. So when did stores get to discriminate against the disabled and not accommodate the disabled, she is allowed to wear her faceshield at school she has a vax card? So now it’s ok to throw out the ADA?

Lots of stuff out of stock that had to be ordered for deliveery, plus the prices are just a little ridiculous. What saved the experience was the wonderful staff. We had lots of help and even though we spent a couple thousand dollars, it was nice getting to see the products before we purchased and had them ordered to be sent to our home. We probably would have bargain shopped elsewhere if it wasn't for the incredible staff. So, good on the hiring manager as it obviously makes a huge difference at the end of the day.

One of the best stores for a wide selection of home decor of high quality. They also have basic items as well. Paul has exceptional service and works upstairs as one of the lead interior decorators. He has great advice and really listens to what we needed and gave us great advice.
