Great place to live in, just keep your kids away from the cranky old lady that wait for you turn away to say yell at your kids, and her son that doesnt live here but when he visits her, he yells at 6 year old girls. Overall great place. 9/10 recommend this place.

I have lived at many different apartments in my life and these guys are hands down the best management team I have had. Very responsive and easy to work with, they listen to any questions or concerns you have and get right back to you. The apartments themselves are very well maintained, as are the grounds. Great place to live. Comfortable and affordable.

My wife and I loved living here! We were here for four years, and the management didn’t change the entire time, which is rare. We’ve spent a lot of time in other places in the Beaverton/Tigard area, and this was by far our favorite. The grounds are kept nice all year, and the office staff has been the easiest we have dealt with. We would definitely recommend Brightwaters to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly, and well kept place to live. We would easily have continued to stay here if we hadn’t bought our first home.

I lived here for 8 years of my life, from pre-teen, teen and then young adult. The management always worked with us when my mom had a hard time paying on time some months due to my medical bills, they were always understanding of everything and genuinely amazing people. They throw picnics all the time and try to keep us (the tenants) happy. The community is the absolute best. I have moved around the states more times than any of you probably ever will. I have seen many places and lived in many places which is why I am moving back to these apartments next month with MY daughter. I want her to live in this wonderful place just as I did (she was born while i lived here but only lived there for a short time during infant stage). the only problems ive ever seen were from me and my friends (the children of the apartments) being mischievous or the ambulances coming for the tenants who are elderly in the middle of the night (not really a problem, just the sirens wake you up). There was never a lot (if any)of drug problems over the years I lived there which was only 1.5 years ago that I left. I completely recommend these apartments. I must add that YES, there is only one garbage location and it is not convenient for all tenants... however if you really are going to complain about needing to walk a little farther, you need to hit the gym lol exercise is good for you (and your kids/husband *wink wink*)
