Showed up at 8:22am, their sign says they are open at 8am every weekday ….and they were closed. If their open time is different they need to update the sign on their front window so people don’t waste their time.

By far the worst UPS store I've ever been to. They kept me waiting for 20 minutes to print one single page! Eventually I gave up and asked to have my flash drive back! Awful customer service!

Awful service. Dark haired female employee refused to provide assistance and was incredibly rude. Instead of looking for my package she told me to call Google and explained what a franchise is. This employee needs to be seriously reprimanded and retrained. Truly a repulsive and unprofessional experience. If you are reading this lady, you need to refer to a manager if you can't handle your job and you should be able to look for a $650 package before the better business bureau is contacted. You are not fit to wear the UPS logo.
