Resident since early October. Management and Maintenance Services have been most responsive and proficient in meeting my needs. The community has been welcoming and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Most happy with the quality of my unit. Lots of privacy and very comfortable amenities. Look forward to exploring the Clubhouse.

The maintenance crew at Summerfield Apartments have been excellent in the repairs performed in my apartment. They fixed a problem with the float in the toilet tank and a leak in the garbage disposal unit. They are quick and highly skilled.
