If I could give waffle house Elizabethtown a zero star review I would. The staff are not welcoming and rude. My family and I ask if we could sit at a specific table at front but one of the servers insisted there was a clean table at the back near the window. She ignored the fact we wanted to sit at the front and we were willing to wait for the table to be cleaned. She still ignored us and wanted her way. So we then decided to just go at the back table she suggested But when we got to the back table it was so dirty. The chairs had ketchup and syrup on them. We waited but got ignored. No communication at all. Hard to say but the staff at that location seems to be racist. Will never go there again. I rather drive farther to waffle house Radcliff who has more nice and welcoming staff.

This was my first visit back to a Waffle House in MANY years. While I was a bit disappointed with the highly trimmed down menu options, the food was just as I remembered it. The restaurant was fairly clean compared to other Waffle House locations I've visited in the past and the staff was courteous and prompt with service.

Just stopped through while road tripping & it was so good! Very nice server & Staff! The food was so good, & the server was fast! Yummm!

I'm from the Northeast and I was traveling through the South I've never had waffle House I've only heard of it both good and bad. However I'm a foodie I love food so since I was in the South I had to take the opportunity to get waffle House. This particular location is a very small restaurant in a small town they were not busy at all which was great considering the other waffle House is that we saw where packed. The waitress was really sweet asking us if we like the food but in a manner insinuating that being a northerner I probably wasn't going to like it. It was delicious! I love hash. I love the hash bowls. The cook made everything just right. The hash was crispy like a McDonald's Hash Brown. This experience makes me, more than ever, want a Waffle House locally. Please!!!! RI and MA need Waffle House
